Our approach starts with a 3D machine design concept. We then work to reduce the traditional highly machined part count and research or clarify appropriate materials for product contact. Using available standard part replacements, or common materials using cost-effective manufacturing processes. This usually reduces both cost and lead time

Our Origin
The company was founded by Daniel Garbe. He was technical lead of plant and product start-ups and plant and product line breakthrough improvements across multiple industries, large and small companies.
We make now creels and would consider other equipment.

Daniel noticed that a new creel was causing and collecting loose carbon fibers. Some loose carbon fibers were being released into the factory and causing safety problems. Some creel components were wearing, perhaps an excessive number of contact points, and the fiber geometry was harsh.
A new design effort was able to utilize a few non-traditional materials, reduce the number of contact points, and relax the geometry required by the moving fiber. This resulted in occupying about 50% floor space and improving product burst strength by about 10%.
